No call centre, no handovers. From your first inquiry to the loaded container, the same team member handles your order and answers your questions.
Inquiry
Send your specification, quantities and destination port. We reply within 24 hours with realistic options.
Sample
We arrange physical samples or product boards from the factory so you can judge colour and surface before committing.
Production
Your order is placed with the factory we source from. You get progress updates from the same person throughout.
Quality Check
We inspect shade consistency, size tolerance, surface defects and packing before the goods leave the factory.
Shipping
Container loading is supervised, documents are prepared, and you receive photos of the loaded container.

From the Factory Floor
to Your Project
Goldella Build grew out of years spent inside Chinese building material factories — learning how tiles are pressed, glazed and graded, and how doors, sanitaryware and panels are really made. That experience is what we now bring to traders and project teams.
We are a small team of six working from our Foshan office. We do not run a warehouse. Instead, we source directly from factories we know, check quality before shipment, and stay personally involved in every order from sample to container.
